2. User transactions
All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. The inclusion of any products on the site does not imply or warrant that these products will be available. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this site.
3. Limitations on quantity
We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. We reserve the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the site; however, we cannot and does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
5. How your order is received
When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format.
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.
7. Changing or canceling your order
To change or cancel an order, please contact Programs Account Support Advisors immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER.
Please contact our Programs Account Support Advisors at (866) 214-2602 to advise them of your return request. A Programs Account Support Advisor will review return options with you. All claims must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Items that are not held in inventory and are made-to-order cannot be returned unless defective. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, please contact our Programs Account Support Advisors.
